The breakfast was lovely there, the beds were lovely, all you need for a comfortable stay. It was fairly quiet, GOOD enough for short stay. Good location, sandy beach. I enjoyed to spend time in the great snack bar.

Neat and really cute hotel, large breakfast. Right by the train station, an easy walk to the shops and city centre shops. Moreover, the meeting room was 10 minutes' walk away. The lobby restaurant was fabulous with lots of meals in the menu. Friendly check in and first-rate service.

intu derby was in close proximity to the hotel. a train station across the street. for dinner we chose anoki, that was 400 metres from the property.
